Precise Color Matching
UltraColor Systems uses premium PPG Paints. We start with the color code for your vehicle to get an exact factory color match. Through our software, we also get alternate formulas that different manufacturers might use for a particular color. Lastly, we have pre-painted color swatches from PPG to dial in an exact match for your vehicle’s paint color. We take color matching and paint repair seriously.
Paintless Dent Removal
If your vehicle has a dent but no damage to its painted surface, we can use specialized tools to carefully push the dent out from behind. This eliminates the need for additional paint repairs costs.
Dent Removal + Paint Repair
When a dent is substantial and requires painting your vehicle, we first remove as much of the dent as possible to eliminate the need for body filler or putty. We then prepare the damaged area, we prime, basecoat and clearcloat your vehicle back to like-new condition.
All-Over Touchup Package
While painting an entire surface of your vehicle is sometimes unavoidable, many times our technicians can do an all-over touchup which can conceal damage, making it virtually invisible. We not only precisely match the color of your vehicle, but we match its factory clearcoat texture, as well.
We use a premium quality basecoat, as well as clearcloat which has integrated UV protection. Our paint booth is UL listed and meets US EPA standards for air purity to ensure a smooth finish that matches your manufacturer’s specifications.
Why attention to detail matters
Each auto maker has several locations around the world that manufactures and paints parts for every vehicle they make. Each plant is allowed a slight variation in the color, up to a 5% difference. So you may get two otherwise identical vehicles that were painted with differences in color. This is also why you may get a car that come straight from an assembly plant, and the bumpers don’t exactly match the bodies.
If we’re replacing a bumper, for example, we match the color of the quarter panel where it meets the bumper. And we don’t just do this on one side of your vehicle. We’ve seen cars where one side has been painted, resulting in a color difference between the driver and passenger side. In this case, we go the extra step to match each side, fading the colors in the middle in an unnoticeable way. And this is much more common than you’d think.
